The AquASEAN Project

The AquASEAN, a project funded by the French Agricultural Research Centre for International Development (CIRAD) and implemented by the Southeast Asian Regional Center for Graduate Study and Research in Agriculture (SEARCA), is an initiative brings together expertise from across the ASEAN region and international partners to address key challenges in aquaculture sustainability, resource efficiency, and environmental resilience.

The project supports the development of innovative circular aquaculture models, strengthens research and policy frameworks, and facilitates collaboration between academia, government, and industry to accelerate sustainable aquaculture transformation across ASEAN countries.
